Hi all,
Finally got myself on this thing and uploaded a couple of files to the file storage area. They are on the following topics:
Industrial Revolution cities
Buffalo hunting in America
Gold mining California 1849
Protest and Revolution
I'll upload more soon I reckon. See you at Barnham Broom

Hi all,
Good to hear how you are all getting on with the pilot. We cannot yet put the resources onto a permanent resource area with easy access. We should be able to by the time of the Celebration event.
James will be joining you all soon. We had the wrong email address for him - pathetic of me but true.
Regards
Richard

Hi everyone,
The idea behind this is to give you somewhere you can chat amongst yourselves, ask questions and store resources if you want to.
You have all been made members of the Student Response devices pilot community and this is on the blog for the community. Please leave a message so I can check you are all able to see the community.

Who is this site for ?
This community is for any new teacher of History . The focus of discussions will be on sharing ideas and resources - and also raising issues, questions and concerns . There are over half a dozen new History NQTs already registered with the county so far and it would be great to get this forum off the ground in the next few weeks .
Please contact me at anne.roe@norfolk.gov.uk for a username and password
First History NQT meeting in October
I have had several replies to the first History NQT network meeting on the 10th October at the Norwich Professional Development Centre . The meeting will start at 4pm and will finish by 6 pm . If you have not received a personal letter but would like to attend this , then please email me at : anne.roe@norfolk.gov.uk. Everyone is asked to bring along one teaching resource/lesson plan to share . This meeting will also act as a vehicle for deciding the structure of other types of support during the year so please bring lots of ideas .
Reflections on the first month of teaching
Now that the PGCE L plates are gone -what have been the high and low points of the first month of teaching ?
