AD:Mission Project The project will integrate The History of Advertising Trust's archive collections with the new 14-19 Creative Media Diploma learning programmes currently under development in Norfolk and Suffolk. This will be achieved through partnerships with local schools consortia, consultation and practical involvement of teachers and their students, supported by an independent e-learning consultant, to create an interactive HAT e-learning web site and a minimum of two themed e-learning modules. A targeted programme of workshops and "taster sessions" will be organised to promote the new service to inspire and engage more teachers and other potential users and visitors to HAT. The new e-learning resources will be adapted to reach out to non-formal learners via partner agencies. These activities will be managed by a Learning & Access Development Co-ordinator, a newly created part-time post, with the support of three volunteers and established staff at HAT Archive. The project will bring educational and technical expertise into HAT to up-skill staff and volunteers to maintain and update the e-learning web site, create additional e-learning modules, provide continuing professional development support for teachers and develop ways these resources can be shared by more learning partners around the UK.
