            <description><![CDATA[Network meeting on the 17th December took us through ideas for working closely with our ICT teams, in particular encouraging students to improve their report writing and writing of Evaluations.&nbsp; Close attention was paid to ensuring that the foundations are laid at Key Stage 3 so that these skills can be developed and embedded further at GCSE.&nbsp; We also looked at how the IWB can be used effectively for promoting Literacy within ICT.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[<p>The team looked at criteria and examples of pupils&#39; work at KS3.&nbsp; We discussed common ground in teaching and learning and evaluated fluency of writing.&nbsp; Structure of writing and use of connectives&nbsp; It was agreed that it would be missing a trick to ignore the importance of preparing for KS4 in KS3 teaching. &nbsp;</p><p>Looking at starters, plenaries and effective use of interactive whiteboards &nbsp;</p>]]></description>
