My name is Mick Piggott, I am an Advanced Skills Teacher in Physical Education and I have been teaching in Norfolk for over 15 years. I trained in London at Avery Hill College, studying Dance and Human Movement. I have vast experience in coaching cricket, rugby, basketball, athletics etc and am a black belt Shodan Martial Artist.
My educational specialisms are Behavioural Management and Student Empowerment/Engagement and have recently completed a Norfolk based course on Coaching in Education.
And as an NUT Representative I have extensive experience in negotiation and dealing with a variety of educational issues.
