Now and then colleagues want to know where I am or even arrange a meeting with me.  As I have been working in local government a while now and know how exciting these meetings can be, I'm only to happy to oblidge.  However, I don't really want to have a meeting in order to arrange one.  So I decided to share my calendar with all my colleages.  Luckily there is an explanation of how you do this on the intranet. If you are not connected to the corporate network, this link won't work, so you might be better of looking at Microsoft online.  It's quite straight forward and luckily we work in big offices, so there is bound to be someone who can help you!
