I am the Head of Science at Hethersett High School, just south of Norwich. We follow the OCR 21st Century Science syllabus which has been hard work at times, and very hard work at others. It means we are now offering Triple, Additional and Applied Science, and are likely to branch out into Entry Level next year for our very low ability students.

I am very interested in the use of Assessment for Learning within Science, as well as at a whole school level. I have been heavily involved in Healthy Schools and gaining the National status at my previous school and at Hethersett.

As a school we are involved in the L6+ STEM project and also have a very good background in enrichment and enhancement activities.
